Who this notice covers
EchoCore LLC (“EchoCore,” “we,” or “us”) operates this public website. This notice covers website inquiries and marketing interactions; it is not the comprehensive privacy notice for AURA. AURA access is governed by its applicable product notice and customer agreement.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, inquiry category, and message content. We also receive basic technical information needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
How we use information
- Answer inquiries and manage requested product access.
- Prevent abuse and protect the website.
- Send occasional product updates and early-access news only after separate double opt-in consent.
Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Service providers
At launch, the website uses Vercel for hosting and delivery, Resend for contact and marketing email, Cloudflare for Turnstile bot protection, and Upstash for durable rate limiting and consent workflow records. We verify these data flows before release.
Retention
Website inquiries are retained for up to 18 months after the last interaction. Security and abuse records are retained for up to 12 months, subject to active investigations or legal requirements. Minimal marketing suppression information is kept as reasonably necessary to honor opt-outs.
Cookies, storage, and analytics
The site stores theme preference in local storage under echocore-theme. We currently use no analytics service, advertising cookies, behavioral advertising pixels, or session-replay tools.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw marketing consent. Email admin@echocore.ai to exercise a right or ask a privacy question. You may also complain to your relevant privacy authority where required.
Cross-border processing
EchoCore is based in the United States. Depending on your location and the services used, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where EchoCore and its service providers operate.
Updates
Material changes receive a new date-based policy version and effective date. We will publish the current version here. This notice is version 2026-08-01.
