Run the practice. Protect the personal space

A.U.R.A. brings forms, courses, invoices, tasks, journals, and timelines into one relationship platform. Practitioners get the tools to run the work. Each person keeps a private life space the practitioner cannot read.

What it is

A.U.R.A. separates the relationship into two clear spaces: the work you do together, and the private life space that stays yours. Practitioners can assign forms, deliver courses, send invoices, and track client work. The person can journal, track tasks, and keep a dated timeline. Shared work is visible where it should be; private reflection stays private.

Not a single account where everyone sees everything. Not a system where the practitioner reads your journal. Not a platform that decides what to share or when.
Inside A.U.R.A.

Two lenses. One relationship.

A private life space for the person and a full practice suite for the practitioner, held apart by design.

Your life, on your sideJournal entries, tasks, and assigned forms live in the life lens, visible only to you. Nothing from the practitioner’s side crosses here.
Capabilities

What A.U.R.A. helps you do

Six practical commitments for the practitioner, the person, and the space between them.

Two lenses, never crossed

The practitioner workspace and the personal life space are separate by design. Shared work can move between them; private journaling does not.

A private life space for every person

Journal entries, mood, tags, tasks, and personal timeline entries stay visible only to that person.

Forms, courses, and invoicing for the practice

Build and assign forms, deliver courses, track progress, manage tasks, and send invoices from one practitioner workspace.

Practitioners see only their assigned clients

Team access is limited to the clients each practitioner is assigned to, with the boundary enforced below the interface.

One timeline across everything kept

Journal entries, tasks, form completions, course progress, and invoices all publish into a single dated stream in the life lens, grouped by day, in the order they happened.

Yours to export, yours to erase

People can request export or deletion of their record, including journal entries, timeline, and tasks.

How it works

How it works

STEP 01
The practitioner sets up

Build the forms, structure the course, set the invoice schedule, and assign the right work to each client.

STEP 02
The person receives it

Assigned forms, courses, and invoices arrive in the person’s life space. They complete the shared work from their side. The practitioner receives the response, not the journal.

STEP 03
The record builds over time

Form responses, course progress, tasks, and journal entries build a dated timeline the person can export or delete.

Who it’s for

Who it’s for

Built for practitioners who care how the tools work, and the people they work with.

01
Practitioners running a practice

Coaches, therapists, and wellness professionals who need forms, courses, invoicing, and tasks in one place, with role-gated access for their team.

02
People in a practitioner relationship

A private life space to journal, track tasks, and complete assigned work, without the practitioner ever touching the personal side.

03
Organizations with multiple practitioners

Owner, practitioner, and operator roles keep the practice organized while limiting access to the right clients.

A life is not a database. It is a narrative, one that we continuously revise, reinterpret, and extend.
A.U.R.A. field notes

A platform built around the relationship

Run forms, courses, invoices, and client work while each person keeps a private life space of their own.
